Our hotel has a lot of history and after the renovations, it has become so much more than just a historic landmark. Overlooking A1A and the Atlantic Ocean we create an atmosphere that transports you outside of Daytona.
Featuring an outdoor pool that is open year-round, a dinner restaurant and the premiere Sky Rooftop where we have DJs spinning an eclectic mix of music every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
We have 44 beautiful rooms and our staff is trained to provide the best service around. We have won numerous awards for hospitality including the Award of Excellence from Trip Advisor and the AAA triple diamond award. The City of Daytona has awarded us for our preservation and beautification efforts.
Our walls and even the elevator is adorned with one of kind photos and mementos from the History of NASCAR.

Outdoor Pool
Our first floor outdoor pool is open year round from 10am until 8pm. Enjoy a quick dip or relax with some laps. Our pool is also handicap accessible via a mobility chair.
Rooftop Bar
The Rooftop Bar is an iconic location where the signing of the contract for NASCAR. Open Monday - Saturday at 4pm and Sunday 11 am

FAQ's
Are you on the Beach?
- We are located across A1A from the Beach. It is a less than 2 minute walk to the sand. The view from our rooms do see the ocean however the Streamline Hotel was built with rooms facing North and South not directly out to the ocean. Our rooftop viewing deck has an unobstructed view of the ocean and much of Daytona.
Do you accept Pets?
- We accept pets up to 20 pounds. Please be aware that there is a cleaning fee associated with our pet friendly rooms.
What is the age for your rooms and bars?
- We reserve rooms only to persons 21 years or older. All rooms must have a person 21 years or older staying in the room. Our lobby Bistro and Rooftop Bar are open to all ages until 8 pm. At 8 pm only persons 21 years or older are permitted.
Do you have kitchens in your rooms?
- We only provide fridges in all rooms. Our suites have a single counter wetbar with a microwave and fridge. Our one bedroom suite features a dining table also.
Are your rooms large?
-Our hotel was built in 1940 and when it was renovated the size of the rooms was unchanged to keep the historic relevance of the architecture. Due to this our rooms are slightly smaller than newer hotels however every inch is beautifully restored.
Is your hotel family friendly?
-While our Hotel is accommodating to families, we do enforce age restrictions to the bar and restaurants at 10 pm. We also host a variety of events that are 21 and older every weekend.
Does your hotel have ADA rooms?
-We have two rooms designed to be wheelchair accessible on the 3rd and 4th floor.
Some other things to keep in mind....
- Due to the historic nature of our hotel we only have two wheelchair accessible rooms.
- Our elevator is refurbished however was kept historically accurate.
- Our fourth floor rooms occasionally have sound overflow from our live music at the rooftop bar. Guests will be advised of this at check in and if necessary we will accommodate guests to lower floors.
